I would recommend Annie to anyone who needs help and support with their dog. I have been lucky enough to shadow Annie on several training sessions, attended her webinars, and Annie has also helped me with my own dog. She is always extremely thorough, very clear, quick to reply with any questions and queries and is super knowledgeable. You can tell Annie loves what she does and loves helping people and their dogs!
Annie is brilliant and has been invaluable in us raising our almost 2 year old Serbian rescue dog. We had tried a trainer previously who couldn’t help us with our girl’s behavioural issues and told us more or less she’d grow out of these behaviours. Annie’s experience with a variety of breeds and rescues has been so helpful. She cares deeply about working on behaviours to give your dog the best of quality of life. I don’t think we would be anywhere close to where we are now if we hadn’t met with Annie. Her classes are also great, we wish we had the time to attend them more regularly! Would highly recommend Annie and are looking forward to our following sessions!
We had an online session with Annie and were blown away with the vast amount of advice we have been able to action immediately, but also the professionalism and depth of her knowledge. The session ended up going by so fast as she shared so much useful info, but she summed up a number of homework exercises and reading materials we feel so confident we can get our needy pup on track. Would highly recommend Annie and are looking forward to our following sessions!
We worked with Annie to address my dog’s severe separation anxiety and confinement anxiety. We had to undo the fallout from a previous trainer who had used ‘dominance’ techniques and left my dog with more fear than ever, and we’d made no progress in a year and a half. Within 6 months of gradual threshold training he was no longer afraid of the crate, and could be left for four hours! Helping him overcome his fears with a gentle, science backed approach was much more effective for him and felt like a much kinder partnership. We now keep up with his socialising around other dogs by attending Annie’s group classes where each dog is managed according to their individual needs, and so provides a safe and controlled environment for them to learn in. After several poor trainers in the past, Annie is the only one I’d recommend now!
Annie is incredible! We have 5 dogs and are temporarily fostering a 6th and wanted someone to come to our house to help with our youngest who was becoming more reactive and unpredictable with the other dogs. Annie took time to take the history of all our dogs, not just him, and has given us heaps of things we can do to try and help him. From recommending different food for him, different ways to play and keep his mind occupied, training methods, even down to informing us of medication he could be on. I’m so happy with her visit and hopefully our little boy will love the changes!
Cannot believe difference your advice yesterday made to our walk routine already. He actually lay down & waited this morning! Ironically we went to the field after his tea & saw more dogs than think ever seen. Made friends with a pug called Bruno , they ran around like nutters for 10 minutes & then he did come back & managed to calm him down. Think lot to do with how relaxed I am too. Then today he stole an invoice but let me take it back without having to play the leave it game! Hope you will see a real difference in him when we see you again,
Annie is a positive, professional and very knowledgeable trainer. She's helped us with our new puppy and given us great advice and support. She's kind, calm and keeps the training very simple. We've seen improvements immediately which has been exciting and reassuring. Annie has been very responsive to our questions and is always on hand. We look forward to our sessions and have a much more trainable and happy puppy. We highly recommend Annie and her services.
My puppy and I had a great experience with Annie. Her love for dogs shines through in the work she does. She taught me many skills to use from day 1 that shaped his positive behaviour from a very young age. She was always available for advice via phone and email . She is very professional and also very friendly. I would highly recommend her.

We have a Labrador dog called Buddy. He had a fear of steps , it didn’t effect him to much in our old home, but we moved to a cottage with quite a few steps inside and out . Buddy was stuck in one room , he couldn’t get into the kitchen or the garden. He was sad and it was making myself and my husband sad . I found Annie website and gave her a call . Annie came the next day , and started working with Buddy. She was fantastic.. Buddy is like a new dog . He goes up and down all the steps inside and out , I cannot recommend Annie highly enough
I contacted Annie when Archie started behaving aggressively towards other dogs and i couldn’t predict his behaviour, I was worried he may bite. Within just three sessions Archie was noticeably far more comfortable around other dogs and now is just ignoring them!
Annie’s love of dogs and patience is remarkable. After each session she sent me with detailed notes and feedback. I saw a huge change in my dog’s behaviour. I would strongly recommend Annie and have done to many of my friends and family. Even now still, she has remained a superb resource.
Our Leo has always been a bit nervy when out and about, and when we were invited to a dog show, our first thought was ‘there are going to be people and dogs everywhere, ahhhh!!’ On finding Annie, she was professional and knowledgable from day one. She assessed Leo and instantly recognised that he had some anxiety and behavioural issues which needed to be worked on before entering him to a dog show. Annie worked closely with me and Leo, in particular with his behaviour on the lead and how to deal with distractions. We took him to built up areas which I would not normally have had the confidence to do. It was great fun to bond with Leo as well. My confidence grew with learning how to handle him and overall had a fantastic experience with Annie. Leo was so good at the dog show, he really enjoyed himself and he even won three prizes! Go back a few months and I would never have imagined putting him into the dog show! Thank you Annie.
We took Cooper to the park and he made some friends and didn’t bark at one dog! He played and had fun and didn’t bark in the car like he used to. He seems a changed dog! Thanks for the training- everything is great with him now.
